Two of South Africa’s Provinces Mpumalanga and the Limpopo are the home of the world famous Kruger National Park. The Kruger National Park was established in 1898, a national treasure, the crown jewel of the South African Parks Board, best-stocked and preserved. It covers 21,000 sq km of lowveld, about the size of Wales and approximately a million visitors in about 250 000 cars enter its gates annually to get a glimpse at the 320 000 wild animals in the park.
