Biyamiti camp resides in the shadows of majestic Wild Fig trees, and finds its history with the afrikaans wagon riders who passed through the area during the great trek, in, around and immediately through the camp’s area and surrounds. Situated on the banks of the Kruger National Park's Mbiyamiti river, this camp aims to provide an insular and private wildlife experience.

Guests to the camp are accommodated in cottage units, varying from ten two-bedroom cottages with en-suite bathrooms and electricity points, to the five one-bedroom units with single beds, ceiling fan, baths and showers. Kitchens are fitted with gas stove-oven combinations, fridge/freezers, sinks, and a full set of a crocker, cutlery utensils. Open verandas provide a romantic ambience in which to enjoy your evening meal. The camp itself is located in well foliaged areas, with large bird populations being attracted to the numerous watercourses in the area, proving consistently to be a birders dream-come-true.

Activities at Biyamiti camp take the guise of guided bush walks and game drives, all supervised by informative, keen field guides, who will take time with the guests and exhibit the area’s large giraffe, duiker, steenbok, buffalo, hippopotamus, elephant, lion, leopard and hyena populations. Guests are to take note that children younger than six will not be permitted on game drives, and under the age of twelve will be restricted from game walks. Further clusters of cheetahs and wild dog packs, can also be seen on these excursions.
