Khumbula offers guests luxury hosing in home-style retreats, situated in the center of a private wildlife estate, just a short way from Kruger National Park and the town of Hoespruit. These beautiful lodgings reflect a colonial architectural style, and feature crystal clear pools and spacious decks for enjoying sundowners after a day of adventure. Inside, you'll find leather sofas, charming furnishings, and open fireplaces for cold winter nights. Khumbula's two houses are fully equipped for self-catering and come equipped with linen, towels, toiletries, and hairdryers. Both houses also feature sun decks with build in braai, bar and fridge, and scenic views overlooking the pool and Bushveld. The open-plan kitchens are equipped with a breakfast bar, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge, and sink. All doors and windows are sealed with mosquito mesh, as well as mosquito shrouding over the beds.

House 1 accommodates up to four guests and features a queen bedded room and a twin bedded room, each with its own private deck. The bathroom contains a shower, basin, and WC, with a roomy bathtub overlooking the bushveld. The lounge and dining area feature soft leather sofas, dining table, and a fireplace. House 2 accommodates up to six guests and features three bedrooms. All three rooms have en suite bathrooms decorated in luxurious Victorian style, bathtubs overlooking the bushveld, separate showers, WC, and basins. The king bedded room has features a private deck and direct access to the pool, and there's also a queen bedded room and a twin bedded room. There's also a dining and lounge area with open fireplace, dining table, and leather sofas.
