Guests are put up in one of twenty double en-suite rooms. There are also two self catering family chalets available at Matumi Game Lodge, that sleep six people each. These chalets have TV sets and a small kitchenette for meal preparations. All the rooms are fully air-conditioned or have ceiling fans for your comfort. Wild animals like Matumi the Warthog boar, Sebastian the Nyala bull and Pokkels the squirrel with their families will come and greet you and make your stay very rememberable, while the Big 5 on the outside of the fence will keep you excited.

Guests will love spending time in the tropical landscaped gardens, and especially enjoy taking dips in the large, refreshing swimming pool. You can sip a cocktail from the bar, while sun bathing around the swimming pool. The children will enjoy playing and making friends in the playground.

Meals are either served outside beneath the stars in the open air boma, or else in the a la carte restaurant. Guests can enjoy these creations while watching the live entertainment of African drummers.

You'll be in awe of the magnificent game to be seen in this area, including Africa's Big Five, there are also over 380 species of exquisite bird life surrounding Matumi Game Lodge. Being on the border of the well known Kruger National Park, day trips are available at reception, where you will have the chance to get those much wanted photographs of lions and leopards, and an array of other wild life.
