Pezulu Tree House Game Lodge

Pezulu is a small exclusive Tree House Game Lodge, located in a private game reserve in the Limpopo Province, only 40 minutes from the Orpen Gate of the Kruger National Park.

The Lodge comprises of 8 unique thatch and reed tree houses, accommodating a maximum of 22 two people. Each unit has been built to blend with the environment whilst maintaining an element of luxury. The tree houses are ecologically friendly with nothing but wood used in their construction. They are all situated in a tranquil bush setting.

Blending in beautifully with the African bush, solid wooden walkways lead high into your tree house. Each tree house is en suite (open air shower and / or bath) and has a private balcony. You can sit on your balcony and have herds of animals passing below, or view a Giraffe eye to eye.

All the tree houses are supplied with electricity, running (hot) water, tea and coffee facilities, electronic safes, fans, small heaters and mosquito nets. They are far away from each other and hidden from view to ensure privacy.

• 2 standard tree houses with a balcony and an open-air shower

• 1 amazing dream tree house. It is built on two Marula trees and consists of a very spacious main bedroom, a cosy lounge as well as a beautifully decorated bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath. Furthermore a separate walkway leads to the fantastic twin outdoor shower. The four poster king size bed is built on wheels, allowing guests to sleep either inside or outside on the balcony under the stars. From the large balcony you will enjoy the awesome view over an African savannah as well as a waterhole.

• 1 beautiful honeymoon suite. It is built on two levels; it has a king size bed, a sitting area, a bathroom and a sunken bath with a view on the bush. You can chill out in the hanging chairs on the balcony overlooking a waterhole where animals come to drink.

• 1 stunning Mountain View Treehouse. 7 Metres high it is built in a majestic Jackalberry tree and consists of a spacious bedroom, a king size bed and a separate bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath as well as another outdoor bathroom. From the balcony you have the most stunning panoramic view over the northern Drakensberg Mountains.

• 2 family tree house units (2-3 bedrooms) which are able to accommodate a family with up to 5 children.
