114 Kudu Lodge Reviews

Magnificent, Magical Memories
I love Marloth Park - and I think any place in the park would be wonderful to stay. we had all the comforts of home in the middle of the bush. Better than the Kruger as you can get up close and personal to the zebra, giraffes, buck and little animals in the park. The view over the Crocodile river is magnificent.

113 Kudu - December 2010
Goodday,
We stayed at 113 Kudu for two nights. It was a great short holiday. The house is very neat and comfortable. Although some of the glasses were dirty. We did not find any animals at the house during our stay, which was a bit dissapointing, because my 3 year old son was very excited about the animals. The swimming pool was dirty, and the plug was blocked, so we had to empty the pool by using a bucket. Overall, our stay were very pleasant, and we would definitally stay there again.

Wonderful Stay
We really had a wonderful stay at 114 Kudu Rd. From a birding point of view we found it very quite. Zebras and baboons came to the house and that was very exciting.

I would suggest that you mention that visitors should bring black bags when they visit the lodge.

There was a problem with the decoder. We wanted to watch the Springbok-game but could not pick up any signal. According to M-net there might be a cable problem. Please check for further use by other people.

But overall it was wonderful. Very well equipped.

Accommodation at 113 Kudu street
The overall experience was pretty good. The house is in a good state and well set up. Everything needed for a trouble-free holiday is provided. I would be very happy to return and recommend to others. On the last day of our stay, we went to the look-out points and spotted lion, elephant, crocodile and buffalo. The drive from JHB was well worth the effort. Only 1 minor issue, please oil the door hinges, the creaking noise can be quite disturbing at night.
