Whilst visiting Marloth Park in August of 2008, we instantaneously fell in love with this little holiday township. The close encounters with the wildlife, the peace and quite of nature, the songs of birds, the magnificent starry sky at night and hearing the sounds of lion and hyena in the distance, all added to the experience of God's masterpiece the whole of creation in harmony.
We trust that during your stay at Ex Deo cottage, you will also experience the magnificence of God's creation and everything we all, on a daily basis, receive from God. This is the crux of the existence of this cottage, ex Deo, from God! Ex Deo cottage is situated on the main road of Marloth Park, a holiday township, on the southern border of the Kruger National Park in Mpumalanga. With the no fence policy in Marloth Park, animals such as Kudu, Nyala Wildebeest, Impala, Waterbuck, Zebra, Giraffe and many more, are allowed to roam freely. Lions, Elephants, Rhinos and Hippos can often also be spotted down by the Crocodile River, during a leisurely drive along the fence of the Kruger National Park.
Ex Deo cottage is a modern unit and can comfortably accommodate 8 people at a time. The main bedroom has a queen size bed and en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a double bed and shares a bathroom with the two lofts, each furnished with two single beds. The kitchen is fully equipped for a convenient, home away from home, stay at Ex Deo cottage. Enjoy a delectable sun downer in the splash pool whilst a tender, mouth watering sirloin steak sizzles on the braai.
There are short meandering pathways on the property, allowing the bird and nature lover, as well as the wild life enthusiast to stroll away from time, into peace and to ponder over the majesty of God's creation. Don't delay and miss out on this opportunity to explore and enjoy nature at its best!
