Kudu Ridge Experience
We enjoyed our stay immensely and found the accomodation to be comfortable. It was a very unique experience staying right in the middle of the bush, so to speak, and this is an extremely tranquil and peaceful spot to be able to relax with only the sounds of the birds to lull you into a fantastic state of relaxation! The fridge, on the other hand, was extremely noisy (sounded as if it was powered by diesel!) but worked perfectly! The animals coming around every evening to be fed was a unique and satisfying experience and even the Kudu ate out of our hands on occasion! The "gardener" - Anton - was most helpful and ensured that the splash pool and garden was kept spotless as well as cleaning the braai (Weber) after we had used it. He also washes your car when asked to do so - conditions were extremely dusty to to there having been no rain for about 3 months! Take your own toilet rolls and soap! We replenished the game pellets and bird seed used to feed the game before leaving. Mrs Breyten, the caretaker, was most helpful.

Only in Marloth
Only in Marloth can you sit on the stoep and wait for the game to visit. It was an absolute experience for my 8-year old to get so close to wild animals.
The house is neat and lives easy. Everything you require is there for a great experience.

Kudu Ridge Review
The house was clean and everything was in working order. The house is very private. The 3 airconditioners, splash pool and pool table is a big bonus.

Our second stay at Kudu Ridge
In March 2009 we stayed at Kudu Ridge for the first time and we returned this year because of the beautiful time we had last year. Now we noticed some very good improvements in and outside the house; airco in the rooms; a large new fridge and a beautiful light above the braai. We had a great help from Anton, the gardener, who cleaned the pool and the terrace and he was very polite and helpful.
In comparison with last year we had the visit of a lot of animals around the house; it was very nice and exciting to have zebra's, kudu's, wardhogs with baby's, baboons, impala's etc.in the garden.
We can recommend Kudu Ridge to everyone who likes silence, nature and a beautiful house. This accomodation is really VALUE FOR MONEY!!!!

Wonderful relaxing getaway
Kudu rigde is a wonderful relaxing bush getaway. It's real value for money and the place is very well mantained. You can view the game from the confines of the house as the animals roam freely and daily grace you with there presence. Kudu ridge met all my expectations and I will definetly recomend this to everyone

Kudu ridge exceeded my expectations
The place is a fantastic relaxing getaway, its more than a bush experience and game viewing is wonderful. You don't need to go out and look for game, as they come to you. It's your house away from home, great value for money and i would definitley recommend this place to everyone.

Kudu Ridge, Marloth Park.
I have personally been to Marloth Park on a few occasions over the years, but I must say that I was a little apprehensive about taking my overseas visitors to a place that I did not have first hand knowledge of. I have to say though that within five minutes of arriving at your lovely establishment, all my fears had vanished.

Your house is indeed a very beautiful and functional place. We found the sleeping quarters very comfortable, the kitchen most adequate and easy to use and we spent quite a few hours outside on the stoep both day and night. My visitors really enjoying their "African Barbeque" around a log fire. My guests were very amazed at how "isolated" the place appeared to be, only to discover on our first drive around that we do in fact have plenty of neighbours around!

We would recommend Kudu Ridge to anyone wanting to visit the area and I can assure you that my girlfriend and I will try to pay it another visit sometime in the very near future to relax on our own.

Thank you once again for opening up your home to us and for the assistance you provided.

Kind regards

Sam Clark.

Accomodation was wonderful thank you. will not hesitate to go again. Eventhough ceiling fans in every room, it was extremely hot, temperatures outside between 40 & 42 every day. Aircons would be the only request if in anyway possible, however this wont stop me from going again.
thank you kindly
