Leadwood Cottage

Marloth Park is a unique holiday resort on the Crocodile River sharing a 17 km common border with the world renowned Kruger National Park. Wild animals roam freely, with opportunity to see impala, kudu, zebra, giraffe, warthog, duiker, baboons and monkeys around the cottage. Elephant, lion, rhino, buffalo and hippos can often be seen down at the river, 1 minute away.

Leadwood Cottage is a beautiful bush cottage nestled among trees in a quiet, private setting adjacent to parkland. The beauty of this cottage is its close proximity to the crocodile river road which is the most popular place for walks and viewing game because it overlooks the river, which is the border to the Kruger Park. This 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom cottage sleeps 4 adults, with additional fold-out beds for 2 children. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a large covered verandah and boma area for braaing.

"We had a wonderful stay at Leadwood Cottage. Animals roaming around e.g. kudu, impala, blue monkies, zebra, wildebeest, warthog and we were there in the hottest month, so imagine all the other 10 months with more abundant nature & wildlife. And we didnt even have to look far to see them. Neville made us feel very welcome and was very informative. We really enjoyed the outside Braai set up under the african stars!! Thank you for treating us to the delicious Amarula!! We will miss Marloth Park and the Kruger Park dearly and a piece of our hearts has remained there. A very special stay!! Thank you & All of the Best!! If we return one day, you will definitely see us."
