Guests are accommodated in luxurious thatched chalets, and have the option of catering for themselves, enjoying delicious meals at Phumula Kruger Lodge, or even just breakfast. The chalets are fully equipped with double beds and bunks, as well as large and sunny bathrooms.
The chalets at Phumula Kruger Lodge have comfortable lounges in which to relax, plus private patios to view some of the game surrounding Phumula Kruger Lodge, and to enjoy the warm African sunlight. There is also a barbeque area outside for those wishing to cater for themselves, as well as a completely equipped kitchen with a microwave, kettle and toaster as well as all the necessary pots and pans and cutlery.
Meals at Phumula Kruger Lodge are enjoyed outside beneath the canopy of stars in the traditional reed boma. Guests have the choice of ordering off the a la carte menu and eating in the formal dining area, or rather a more casual pub lunch or barbeque outside.
Some of the exciting activities to get up to while staying at Phumula Kruger Lodge include experiencing the rush of getting close up to some of Africa's most dangerous animals from the safety of a 4x4 open air vehicle. There's also some magnificent bird species to be seen and even an elephant back safari or tiger-fishing expedition can be arranged!
