Imagine enjoying sundowners from your own private pool or private patio while watching hippos and other animals come to quench their thirst below you as lions roar in the distance. At the KubuKwena Golf Lodge, you'll find luxury accommodations deep in the heart of the South African bushveld. You'll wake each morning ready for a new adventure as the sun comes up over the Limpopo Mountains.

The luxurious KubuKwena lodge can accommodate up to six guests in three elegant bedrooms. The lodge is fully serviced, self-catering facility, and all bedrooms (one kingsized and two single bed rooms) all have en suite bathrooms, with toilet bath, shower, and individual basins. There's also fans and air conditioners in all rooms, as well as fans on the patio for your comfort. Cooking up meals is a delight in the fully equipped scullery and kitchen, featuring a dishwasher, fridge and freezer, stove, and washing machine and dryer. The lounge area is equipped with a 74cm TV with full DSTV, as well as a fireplace. Your convenience is assured the laundry service and daily cleaning service that can be arranged by request. Outside you'll find in a built-in braai, on outside shower, and a luxurious private pool.

(Although there is cell phone reception, there are no telephone lines at the lodge.)

Nearby you'll find a championship golf course at the Hans Merensky Golf estate. The course, rated 20th in South Africa, features rolling velvet greens in a setting of spectacular local flora and fauna. Besides the normal hazards you'd find on a championship golf courses, you're also likely to encounter wildlife sightings of antelope, giraffe, and the occasional lion. Also, only a short drive away is the famous Kruger National Park, where you can arrange for our experienced guides can escort you on a 4x4 trip through this spectacular game reserve to catch site of elephants, rhinos, lions, and if you are lucky - perhaps a big cat, too!
